程兆龍，男，1989年3月生人，于2018年6月獲中國科學院大學水生生物學博士學位，現任中國水產科學研究院黃海水產研究所助理研究員。主要從事鯨類保護生物學方面的研究，主持國家自然科學基金青年基金、山東省自然科學基金青年基金、國家重點研發計劃項目子課題等課題數項；共發表論文20余篇；2023年獲中國水產科學研究院水科英才青年英才稱號。
